Look out! Dodgeball hits our latest affiliate, Salt Lake Dodgeball in Sandy, UT. Get ready to put your dodgeball skills, don't worry if you have never played. It's great fun and everyone is welcome.

SALT LAKE DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT:
The Salt Lake Dodgeball will feature tournaments and leagues.
Experience the hottest sport in town? Grab 6 - 10 buddies and join us at the Dimple Dell Fitness and Recreation Center and show us what you've got.
STYLE OF PLAY:
NUMBER OF BALLS:
We use six red rubber balls: two stingers 5" and four 8.5" blockers. For all youth events we use 8.5" blockers.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
There may be 6 players on court, 10 per team.
COURT SIZE
The Courts are approximately 60' X 30'

HOW TO PLAY:
The Official NDL Rules are here. But here are the basics: If you are hit by a ball you're out. If you hit a player with a ball they're out. If you catch a ball the thrower is out, you stay in and one player get to return to your side.
